But ater few years of my motherhood, when I joined with The Yogart Studio for TTC 1 & 2 I have learnt & experience the true meaning of Yoga. I feel connection within my body, mind & soul. Now I know that yoga is a journey of the self , through the self & to the self. Asana, Pranayam & meditation helps to bring the balance, stability, tranquility & clarity of my mind. Now, I have become an observer from being a subject. Still myself journey is on in a search to find my true potentiality, to know who am I & the purpose of my life ??
